Tech Talk - Adding Equipment Loan to Your Ticketing System

Are you challenged with coordinating Equipment Loan for your institution?   It could be general loaning of computing devices, or reserved camera equipment for certain departments.  At Roger Williams University, the struggle was real with requesting and fulfilling these requests.   Joe Auger will share with you the scope of what the university needed and the process to identify how to utilize their ticketing system to provide this service.  Today, users can request the equipment themselves and staff can fulfill them simply with a couple of clicks in the system.
