Job Description 

SUNY Brockport is currently accepting applications for a Classroom Support Specialist .The person in this role performs all duties associated with the operation of Academic Technology Support (ATS). This includes equipment distribution, set-up, repair, preventative maintenance, assisting clients and providing technical support to all learning environments. 

Experience Required 

2 years experience in audiovisual technical support or equivalent. Work experience in higher education environment. Experience working with Crestron control system. Experience working with event management systems. Professional certification in audiovisual field.
