Conference Registration 

As a conference sponsor, you receive two complimentary conference registrations. Use the link below to register and the Executive Office will zero out your registration invoice. Additional attendees must register for either a one day pass or full conference registration.

Sponsor Showcase

Showcase Schedule

Wednesday, October 2nd - 6pm-8pm (setup begins at 8am)

Thursday October 3rd - 9:45am-5pm (tear down immediately after show ends)

  • Platinum Sponsors - 2 six foot tables (or space equivalent)
  • Gold Sponsors - 1 six foot table top (or space equivalent) exhibits only
  • Setup begins at 8am on Wednesday, October 2nd, tear-down is Thursday, October 4th immediately following the show at 5pm
  • Wi-Fi and electricity will be provided

Sponsor Guidelines

  • To participate in this year’s Sponsor Showcase, you must be a Sponsor of the Conference. You will need to register for the Conference no later than September 20th, 2019.
  • The sponsor showcase is intended to provide a venue for institution and corporate members to
    interact and gain up to date knowledge of sponsor offerings. CCUMC conference planning
    committee will, as much as possible, choose a vendor showcase location that most encourages
    this interaction and fulfillment of conference goals. Similarly, the Executive Office will create a
    logistical process that informs sponsors of their showcase space, how to transport their
    equipment, and when and where they are expected to participate in the showcase. Sponsors
    will be allowed a minimum 2‐hour window for both setup and tear‐down.
  • Only one company is allowed to be represented per table space.
  • Only those who have registered for the conference are allowed to display at the showcase.
  • The objective of the showcase is to network and share new product or technology information
    in a collegial atmosphere.
  • We encourage our corporate members who participate in the showcase to please refrain from
  • shipping large or trade‐show type exhibits, as this is a table top exhibit.
  • The CCUMC Executive Office and the conference planners are not responsible for coordinating
    shipments. CCUMC will provide site‐specific shipping and receiving requirements to sponsors no
    less than 60 days prior to the event.
  •  Refunds will not be given if oversized or mislabeled items are returned as undeliverable.
