A committee is appointed every four years to review the CCUMC Constitution and By-Laws and make recommendations and revisions they feel are appropriate for the welfare of the organization. As many of you may recall, the changes were discussed extensively at the 2018 Business meeting and the following motion was made:

“A motion to approve the remaining proposed revisions to the Constitution and Bylaws, not including clerical changes subsequent to the non-removal of Article VI Section 7, was made and passed unanimously. (Monroy, Herb)”

The 2018-2019 President, CCUMC Constitution and By-Laws Committee Chair, and the CCUMC Board of Directors worked diligently throughout the year to update the afore named section of the By-Laws and to update clerical clarifications to match the previously updated Professional Code of Conduct.

Below you will find links to the CCUMC Constitution and By-Laws approved by the Board of Directors in August of 2019. The revised CCUMC Constitution and By-laws will be presented and voted upon at the 2019 CCUMC Annual Business Meeting, October 4th, Poughkeepsie, New York, by the membership in attendance.
