Join us July 25th at 2pm ET for an AVIXA Training on Successful Project Management for Design and Installation.
This short course will review the entire project management process from initiating to closing. It discusses the importance of identifying Scope of Work, Quality, Time Line, Pricing and Terms and Conditions. It will also touch on planning and coordination meetings, identifying key stakeholders and project managers. Finally, it will briefly discuss Work Breakdown structures and Logic Network Diagrams.
