ServiceNow Administrative Workflow Coordinator

Location: Digital Education and Learning Technology Applications (DELTA), North Carolina State University

Position summary:

      • The ServiceNow Administrative Workflow Coordinator provides support within the Media Production Services (MPS) environment with the goal of trouble ticket resolution and assisting with resource scheduling. The final candidate will follow up with end-users, work with support staff on incident resolutions, and escalate tickets to the appropriate campus and departmental support groups when necessary. The selected candidate will also assist the Learning Spaces Coordinator with day-to-day administrative tasks for teams located on Main and Centennial campus. Considerable knowledge of service now and information technology systems is highly valued.


Minimum Qualifications: 

      • 3-5 years experience working in higher education with faculty and technology support teams.
      • Experience working in higher education providing administrative support in the planning, organization, and delivery of classroom technology support.
