A standing committee whose charge is to explore, develop, and present to the board a program of ETC recognition and awards for outstanding service: (a) to ETC, and (b) to the field in general; such services being measured against the objectives of ETC as written in the Constitution and Bylaws. The ETC Past President serves as the committee chair.
