The 2024 ETC Annual Conference will be held October 1-4, hosted by the Iowa State University in Ames, IA. The conference provides an excellent source for professional development, facilitates great networking opportunities and presents a great platform to increase your company's visibility. It also provides the opportunity to participate in the sponsor showcase (tabletop displays).

Showcase Schedule
The Showcase is currently scheduled for the below times and subject to change until the draft program is developed.
Tuesday, October 1st – 4:30pm -6:00pm (setup 9:00am – 4:00pm)
Wednesday, October 2nd – 10:30am -5:00pm
Thursday, October 3rd – 9:30am-3:30pm

Our Mission

The mission of ETC is to provide leadership and a forum for information exchange to the providers of media content, academic technology, and support for quality teaching and learning at institutions of higher education. To learn more about ETC's mission, click here.

The Benefits of Membership

ETC primarily offers membership to any institution of higher education with support units for media, instruction, presentation, or information technologies as well as firms and corporations whose business is in support of the purposes and objectives of ETC. Retiree and student memberships are also available.
