2022 Annual Conference Partnership Details

The 2022 CCUMC Annual Conference will be held October 11 – 14, at the downtown campus of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. The conference provides an excellent source for professional development, facilitates great networking opportunities and presents a great platform to increase your company's visibility. It also provides the opportunity to participate in the sponsor showcase (tabletop displays).

Sponsor Showcase Schedule

The timing of the Sponsor Showcase is still to be determined, but will likely take place October 12th and 13th. More details to follow on timing.

  • One Concurrent session time slot (time and date TBD). Presentation session on the topic of choice by sponsor. Sponsor session will be treated as a regular session presentation. The presentation should be relevant to CCUMC Mission.

  • Your logo, with clickable link, will be featured on the CCUMC home page from July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023

5 Minute "What's New and What's It Do" Session

  • Pre-recorded session that focuses on highlighting new products or services offering to be shared at general sessions and/or meals with programming). Recordings over 5 minutes will not be accepted. Recordings will be included within conference programming sessions.
  • Session videos will also be conference app for on-demand viewing for the full duration of the conference.
  • Limit of 4 throughout the conference agenda

15 Minute Case Study Session

Live session that focuses on a product or solution implementation in higher education that is relevant to the CCUMC audience.
  • Can be co-presented with the institution if desired, but this is not a requirement.
  • Multiple sessions may be grouped together for scheduling purposes.

Focus Group
$2,500

LIMIT 3

  • 60-minute presentation session on the topic of choice by sponsor.
  • Format of the focus-group can be decided by the sponsor.
  • CCUMC's program committee will work with the sponsor to accommodate their needs within the limits of the conference technology.
  • Focus Group will be held onsite at the conference.

 

Corporate members are able to attend any session.

Corporate members may only present in general sessions as co‐presenters with an institutional member. Presentation should be relevant to CCUMC Mission and interests of the membership. Session must follow all other guidelines for general sessions for the conference. Direct sales pitches are not scheduled as general sessions. Presentations will be recorded as any other session and requires completion of release form. This does not apply to pre-conference workshops or other activities.

Cancellation policy: No refunds are given for cancellations.
