CCUMC Conference Proceedings
PURPOSE:
The Proceedings shall document CCUMC conferences by providing conference attendees and members with a summary of all general sessions.
FREQUENCY:
Conference proceedings shall be published for distribution at the conference. Copies of the Proceedings will be sent to any member not in attendance at the conference immediately after the conference concludes.
CONTENTS:
- Conference speakers will be asked to submit in advance comprehensive summaries of their presentations as well as any handouts.
- In the case of general discussion sessions, the session facilitator will be asked to submit a paragraph summarizing the purpose of the session and possible discussion topics.
- Minutes of the business meeting will not be included. Instead, a summary of key decisions will be included in the President's column in the newsletter following the conference.
- Likewise, a participant's list will not be included as part of the published proceedings, but will be included in the registration packet.
