Conference Registration 

As a conference sponsor, you receive two complimentary conference registrations. Use the link below to register and the Executive Office will zero out your registration invoice. Additional attendees must register for either a one day pass or full conference registration.

Sponsor Showcase

NEW THIS YEAR -- The sponsor showcase is now 2 days! 

Thursday, October 5th - 9:30am-5:00pm (setup begins at 7am)
Friday, October 6th - 8:30am-3:00pm (tear-down immediately following)

Location: McKenna Hall, on University of Notre Dame campus

  • Platinum Sponsors - 2 six foot tables (or space equivalent)
  • Gold Sponsors - 1 six foot table top (or space equivalent) exhibits only
  • Setup begins at 7am on Thursday, October 5th, tear-down is Friday, October 6th by 5pm
  • Wi-Fi and electricity will be provided

  • Because there is limited storage space, deliveries can be accepted between September 18th and no later than September 29th
  • Any item over 300 pounds must use outsourced piano mover.
  • Packaging and payment for outgoing packages is the responsibility of the sender and must be completed prior to departure. Completed return labels must be affixed to each item, in a pile in FRONT of each sponsor table in McKenna Hall within two hours of the close of the showcase on Friday.

Sponsor Guidelines

  • To participate in this year’s Sponsor Showcase, you must be a Sponsor of the Conference. You will need to register for the Conference no later than September 4th, 2017.
  • Corporate members are encouraged to attend the entire conference.
  • Only one company is allowed to be represented per table space.
  • Only those who have paid for a sponsorship are allowed to display at the showcase.
  • The objective of the showcase is to network and share new product or technology information in a collegial atmosphere.
  • We encourage our corporate members who participate in the showcase to please refrain from shipping large or trade-show type exhibits, as this is a table top exhibit. The CCUMC Executive Office and the conference planners are not responsible for coordinating shipments. Refunds will not be given if oversized or mislabeled items are returned as undeliverable.
