As a conference sponsor, you receive two complimentary conference registrations. Use the link below to register and the Executive Office will zero out your registration invoice. If you'd like to register more than two individuals, contact the Executive Office.

Thursday, November 3rd
9:45am-6:00pm (set-up begins at 7am on 11/3)

  • Table top (or space equivalent) exhibits only
  • Setup begins at 7am on Thursday, November 3rd. 
  • Wi-Fi and electricity will be provided
  • All sponsors will be recognized during lunch, exhibit space will be monitored during this time

  • Because there is limited storage space, deliveries can be accepted no sooner than October 25, 2016.
  • Boxes left on premises for longer than 2 weeks after departure without shipping instructions will be discarded.
  • Any item over 100 pounds must be delivered to a drayage company. Drop shipping is NOT permitted for items over 100 pounds. Hotel staff will decline delivery of these items. Contact the CCUMC Executive Office to help coordinate large items.
  •  A $2.00 per box handling fee will charged for boxes delivered to function space or guestrooms. Each company is responsible for their own shipping/handling fees.
  • Packaging and payment for outgoing packages is the responsibility of the sender and must be completed prior to departure.

Sponsor Guidelines

  • To participate in this year’s Sponsor Showcase, you must be a Sponsor of the Conference. You will need to register for the Conference no later than October 12, 2016.
  • Corporate members are encouraged to attend the entire conference.
  • Only those who have paid for a sponsorship are allowed to display at the showcase.
  • The objective of the showcase is to network and share new product or technology information in a collegial atmosphere.
  • We encourage our corporate members who participate in the showcase to please refrain from shipping large or trade-show type exhibits, as this is a table top exhibit. The CCUMC Executive Office and the conference planners are not responsible for coordinating shipments. Refunds will not be given if oversized or mislabeled items are returned as undeliverable.
