Conference Registration Discount Code
All presenter should use the code "Riverwalk" to qualify for your $50 presenter discount! Make sure to enter the code upon checkout. If you're a CCUMC member, you must be logged in to your membership account to qualify for the member discounted rate.

If your session has multiple presenters, each person MUST submit their own release form in order for the session to be recorded. Contact the Executive Office if you have questions or do not wish to have your session recorded.
Online Proceedings - Presentation Formatting Instructions
In addition to attending your session in San Antonio, conference attendees will also have access to presentation documents prior to, during and after the conference through the CCUMC Online Proceedings site. The online proceedings will include:

Presenters will be responsible for uploading their Presentation and Session Documents into the online submission site by September 30, 2016.
Group/ Panel Presentation: The Lead Presenter (the person who submitted the original proposal for the session) is responsible for gathering and submitting all required documentation for the group, as well as sharing information with their co‐presenters as necessary.

Prior to submission, completely proofread for grammar and spelling, legibility, image and text layers, etc. No editing will be done to the content of your submitted presentation.
Presenters should plan on attending the Presenters and Moderators Meeting on Wednesday, November 2nd at 6pm (location tbd). There will be audiovisual technicians in each room to provide assistance during this time. It is advised to visit your assigned meeting room to test the technology well before your time slot to present.
Audio-visual technicians will be available during the conference to help presenters with technical details related to their presentations. These technicians will be stationed in each presentation room during the conference or one can be can be contacted by going to the CCUMC Conference Registration area. Presenters are encouraged to arrive at designated rooms 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the presentation in order to set up
their presentations either on the resident computer or connecting their own technology.
