CCUMC Interest Groups
A strength of the consortium is the willingness of members to openly share ideas and information both informally through e-mail and phone calls and formally through Interest Group sessions at conferences. The specific focus of each group changes as members' needs dictates.

Administration and Campus Services
A forum for the discussion of media center operations ranging from management (budget, standards, assessment, personnel, etc.) to the daily services (equipment distribution, setting up events, scheduling, training, etc.) offered by a media unit at any size institution.

Collection Development and Management
A forum for study and discussion of the selection, acquisition, and cataloging of items; and the evaluation and weeding of members' collections.

A forum for the study and discussion of technologies which may have an impact on CCUMC members' futures.

A forum to discuss the instructional implications of learning spaces and equipment selection, along with issues related to faculty development, trends in course design, and the overall integration of technology in teaching and learning.

A forum for the study and discussion of issues such as professional standards and evaluation, personnel, budget, customer service, and other issues as deemed relevant by the members.
