Charge:
to identify resources, sponsor events, disseminate information and advise the Board of Directors and conference planning committee on topics, programs and initiatives that promote the professional development of CCUMC members

Responsibilities:
- Updating/recruiting PD Committee members.
- Establishing a PD page on the new CCUMC web site.
- Developing a Spring 2008, PD event for the membership as per directive of the Fall CCUMC BOD meeting.
Membership chair is appointed by the president for a two-year term and serves as an ex officio member of the board of directors; other members are appointed by the president in consultation with the Membership chair and serve two-year staggered terms.
