How to Run a Committee

Most of us will be called upon at some point to run a committee, a task force or a project team, whether it’s at our workplaces or for a volunteer organization (like ETC or within our personal communities)This work can be challenging because it often includes leading groups of people who don’t normally work together and may have diverse backgrounds and/or skill sets, along with busy schedules. Join us on Thursday, April 11 at 2pm ET for the session “How to Run a Committee, which will outfit attendees with the tools to develop or further their facilitation skills to enable them to successfully lead these groups so that they are collaborative and productiveContent will be both general and ETC specific, so we encourage everyone to join even if you’re not a current or aspiring ETC committee chairThis session will include a Q/A segment and will be presented by Karen Ethier, Senior Director of Support Services, IT for Roger Williams University and President-Elect of ETC.
